This week in Na Pua Keiki - March 7, 2025

Students visited Coconut Marketplace with a shopping list and a plan to get special items for smoothies. Each group got to pick a specialty item of their choosing. Some keiki chose watermelon, others chose starfruit, apple and lililiko`i. Groups were tasked with budgeting and choosing the ripest fruit. They talked to vendors and asked them which fruit were just right.

 

Nā Pua Keiki also went on a scavenger hunt around Coconut Marketplace to find the "identities" of stores. Students were given a list of the store logos and were on the hunt to find them all. Ask your child what store signs they found!
