Art with Ms. Kara

Ms. Kara is guiding our keiki in color inquiry this semester.  This is important because the simple discovery of the arrangement of colors in materials is a foundation for recognizing and understanding the role of color in our everyday life. By calling attention to the way colors make us feel and pointing out colors around us, we become more aware of their role. For this invitation, keiki are exploring the green with blue and yellow liquid watercolor.  The emphasis was on using an easel.
