Small Business Interviews in 6th Grade

Ms. Nause's 6th grade Social Studies classes finished their projects highlighting small businesses here on Kaua'i. First, students interviewed some small business owners on island to learn about their business and their experiences. Then, students took the information they learned from their interviews and made pamphlets about those businesses. Students focused on the successes of the businesses, challenges they've faced and how they overcame them, and how the businesses impact the community.
