Island school’s Asbestos Management Plan

On October 30, 1984, The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency promulgated regulations pursuant to the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Act, which requires schools throughout the nation to conduct training, write building management plans and perform inspections necessary to identify and manage asbestos containing materials found in school buildings. Island school’s Asbestos Management Plan is located in the Institutional Advancement Office and is available for public view.
