The Spanish 4 Honors students observed the Mexican Holiday Día de los muertos last Thursday by creating an ofrenda, including the ten elements outlined in this article from The Economist.  They also made cultural comparisons, further exploring  the similarities and differences among histories and observances of Halloween and Day of the Dead. Cultural Comparison is one of the tasks on the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam.
