Island School is glad to partner with the Hawaiʻi DOHʻs Stop Flu at School, SFAS, initiative. We will be hosting an OPTIONAL clinic for students to receive their flu vaccine right at school on October 16, 2024. By today, students in Grades K-8, will have brought home a consent form. If you would like your child to be vaccinated at school, simply return the signed form ideally by September 6 (Friday of next week) so we can let the DOH know our approximate numbers so they can plan accordingly. Families can continue to send in forms through October 15 for your child to participate.
