First Field Trip to Puna Moku

Nā Pua Keiki ventured out on their first field trip of the year to Nounou Mountain in the moku of Puna. The day started out with an Oli, then students, teachers, and parent chaperones headed up the mountain. The hike began with a kilo where students noticed trees, birds, and pine needles. Next, students broke up into groups for a texture in nature scavenger hunt. Mahalo to an awesome group of supportive parents who helped lead Nā Pua Keiki through their first adventure!
