Becky Snowden lived in Okinawa, Japan during her formative years and traveled to several countries in the Far East during this time. As a senior in college she spent five weeks in Peru living in a rural village. Becky has a served as a Literacy Volunteer of America, a Straight Up! AmeriCorps member working with at-risk youth, and has a diverse background in education. Her greatest feat was summiting Mt. Shasta. Becky enjoys being immersed in nature, the arts, a good book, and the arms of her family.
